Terms of use

These terms apply when you use the Stamplyn app and stamplyn.com. By using Stamplyn you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy. Stamplyn is in early development, so features may change, pause or be removed.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. Anyone who can read that inbox can sign in as you, so keep it secure. The details you give us, such as names and nationality, must be accurate, because hotels rely on them. To make a booking, you must be old enough to make a binding contract where you live (18 in most countries).

Bookings

Bookings are made through our travel partner, currently Nuitée (LiteAPI), with the hotel you choose. When you book:

• Your contract for the stay is with the hotel. Its rules apply, including the cancellation policy shown during booking.
• Your payment may be processed by our travel partner as merchant of record, so its name may appear on your card statement.
• Some hotels charge local taxes or fees at the property. Check the booking details before you pay.
• Check names, dates and other details before you confirm. Changes after booking may not be possible, or may cost extra.
• Flight search is for information only. Flights can't be booked in Stamplyn yet.

Stamplyn Club

Club is free. Your level is based on your completed stays, and higher levels may give you lower prices. We may change levels and benefits at any time. The price of a booking is the one confirmed when you book.

AI features

Features like "Plan my trip" and "Ask" use AI to suggest ideas and answer questions, and the AI can be wrong. Only the prices and availability shown on booking screens come from our travel partner. Treat anything the AI says about prices, availability, visas, entry rules or safety as a suggestion, and check anything important with an official source.

Fair use

Don't misuse Stamplyn. For example, don't make fake or abusive bookings, try to break or overload the service, scrape it, or use someone else's account. We may limit or suspend accounts that do.

Liability

Stamplyn is provided "as is". We can't promise it will be error-free or always available. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for the services hotels or other providers deliver, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights you have by law.

Ending

You can stop using Stamplyn at any time and ask us to delete your account at hello@stamplyn.com. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. If you keep using Stamplyn after a change, you accept the updated terms.
